Calling all seafood lovers!

Colombia is the only South American nation with coasts to the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean, so it’s no surprise that Colombians have many delicious ways of cooking seafood.

When:  Thursday, November 22nd, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Yaneth’s home in Lambsheim (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  The highlight of our lunch is a creamy seafood stew traditional to both the Caribbean and Pacific coasts in several different forms – Cazuela de Mariscos.  The type of seafood used will depend on what’s fresh in the market.  Served with coconut rice, avocado and patacones, this is a rich and hearty meal will surely get any seafood lover’s mouth watering.  There will be dessert too – we will find out what it is on the day itself.

There is space for 8 participants.
