Italian food is a cuisine much-loved all over the world. It combines the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet with a wide choice of seasonal ingredients. There are many regional variations of cooking throughout Italy – coupled with immigration and the global produce trade, Italian cuisine is now more diverse than ever, and no less authentic!
When: Monday, July 17th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Dragana’s home in Ladenburg (address will be provided to those attending)
What: This session features “Assaggi di primi“. Making pasta from scratch can be an intimidating process at first, but the time and effort required are definitely worth it.
Dragana will share some tips and tricks to make the following assortment of fresh pasta, pesto and fillings:
1. Tagliatelle al ragù
2. Tortelloni di zucca
3. Pesto Genovese
4. Orecchiette con cime di rapa
5. Ravioli ricotta e spinaci
