Hi, how are you?
When we think of American classics, our minds jump to comforting classics such as burgers, fried chicken, meatloaf, chocolate chip cookies and potato salad. Diana will share with us three classics which are as popular in Canada as they are in the United States.
When: Wednesday, May 3rd, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Diana’s home in Plankstadt (address will be provided to those attending)
What: Pulled Pork Sandwiches with coleslaw. Diana’s version uses the slow cooker instead of the barbecue grill – perfect for busy workdays. There is also nothing “as American as apple pie”, a fact that spawned a hit song and a whole series of movies. We will be making one for dessert!
There is space for 8 participants.
