The “New Nordic Cuisine” movement has gradually revolutionized Danish cuisine since it was introduced in 2005.  Focus still remains on local and seasonal produce, but rich and heavy traditional dishes have been reinterpreted to reflect the simplicity and ethics of the Nordic region.  Danish chefs have returned to their roots with its fish, game, berries and herbs.  They also make “Stone Age food” a.k.a. “Paleo diet”, where processed carbohydrates such as flour and pasta are avoided.

When:  Thursday, April 19th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Inge’s home in Heidelberg  (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  As the Paleo diet is naturally low in carbohydrates and gluten-free, it is a good option for people who have food allergies, and for those seeking greater health in general.  This time at Inge’s, we are going to have a gluten-free lunch for a change!

There is space for 8 participants.

Online registration is now open.
