Due to popular demand, we will be repeating our “Sancocho” session for some warmth in the heart of winter!
When: Thursday, February 16th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Yaneth’s home in Lambsheim (address will be provided to those attending)
What: “Sancocho”, a flavourful stew comprising tubers, vegetables, spices and meats, is the ultimate comfort food for Colombians. It is cooked when family and friends get-together, be it for Sunday lunch or for special occasions. If it’s a sunny day, we can cook this hearty stew outdoors over a wood-fire. Otherwise, we cosy up indoors and cook it on a wood-burning stove.
There is space for 15 participants.
