The world is a rich tapestry of cuisines, and we Food Explorers aim to get acquainted with as many of them as possible.

Are you new to the Rhine-Neckar region? Do you work in a multicultural environment with people from different cultures? Have you lived abroad previously and would like to continue being part of an international community? At Food Explorers, we welcome food enthusiasts with multicultural backgrounds and/or experience.

Food Explorers is a small, close-knit community of food enthusiasts who come together for shared culinary experiences in private homes, restaurants, and hands-on cooking sessions.

Our gatherings are shaped by personal connections and introductions within the community. This helps ensure a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for both hosts and guests.

The community remains intentionally small and personal, and as it grows over time, we remain committed to preserving this spirit at its core.

How Participation Works

Food Explorers sessions are typically hosted in private homes.

Because of this, participation is generally limited to people who are already known within the community or who have been personally introduced by an existing participant.

If you are new to Food Explorers and would like to get involved, you are very welcome to reach out. We are always happy to hear from fellow food enthusiasts and may be able to connect you with a future gathering when the opportunity arises.

Hosting

Taking turns hosting is what has kept our home-based sessions going strong since 2014.

In the spirit of shared contribution, participants are encouraged to host from time to time, helping keep the experience varied and alive.
