¡Hola!
Mexican cuisine has deep roots in the ancient Aztec and Mayan cultures, with many of the traditional dishes and ingredients originating from these civilizations. Aztecs and Mayans cultivated crops such as corn, beans and chili peppers, which are still staples in modern Mexican cuisine, and their cooking techniques and flavor profiles continue to influence the country’s culinary landscape to this day.
