¡Hola!

Mexican cuisine has deep roots in the ancient Aztec and Mayan cultures, with many of the traditional dishes and ingredients originating from these civilizations.  Aztecs and Mayans cultivated crops such as corn, beans and chili peppers, which are still staples in modern Mexican cuisine, and their cooking techniques and flavor profiles continue to influence the country’s culinary landscape to this day.

When:  Saturday, September 28th 2024, starting at 18.00pm till about 22.30pm thereabouts

Where:  Yaneth’s and Jochen’s home in Lambsheim (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)

What:  Our menu will revolve around mole, a traditional Mexican sauce which is a standout component of Mexico’s culinary heritage.  Made with a rich blend of ingredients such as chili peppers, spices, nuts, and chocolate, mole offers a complex and savory taste that pairs well with various meats and vegetables.

There is space for 10 participants.  Contact me from August 28th onwards to register.  The list of participants will be finalised two weeks September 14th.

Gracias!
Faeimm Tang
