Italian cuisine is often synonymous with pizza and pasta. Yet beyond these beloved classics lies an extraordinary culinary landscape shaped by distinct regions, seasonal ingredients, and centuries of tradition. From the butter-soft risotti of the north to the rustic bean soups of the countryside, from vibrant antipasti spreads to slow-braised meats and vegetable dishes that celebrate simplicity at its best – Italian food is as diverse as the regions that define it. It is a cuisine built on respect for ingredients, balance of flavors, and the belief that a shared table is the heart of every gathering.
When: Saturday, July 25th 2026, starting at 18.00 till about 22.30 thereabouts
Where: Dragana’s and Stefan’s home in Ladenburg (address will be provided to those attending)
What: In this “Niente Pasta” Cook-and-Dine session, we invite you to explore Italy beyond the obvious – to discover the depth, elegance, and comfort of dishes that prove Italian cooking is so much more than just pizza and pasta.
There is space for up to 8 participants. Contact me to register June 25th onwards. Please share any dietary needs when registering.
