Mediterranean cuisine includes some of the world’s most versatile dishes, thanks to its influence from diverse cultures and regions.

This “Cook-and-Dine” session gets us into the mood for summer holidays, featuring a menu that is bursting with flavours from around the world.

When:  Saturday, July 6th, starting at 18.00 hours till about 22.30 hours thereabouts

Where:  Peggy’s and Oliver’s home in Dossenheim (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)

What:  Since much of the Mediterranean area is surrounded by water, fish is a main source of protein.  For our main course, we will have freshly-grilled fish with rosemary potatoes and grilled vegetables.  There will be different summer salads to go with our meal.  Our Mediterranean meal ends on an Italian note with some semifreddo with brittle and/or strawberry tiramisu with cantuccini.

There is space for 8 participants, online registration opens early June.

Once you have registered, make sure to let us know if you have any special dietary requests so that we may adjust the menu accordingly.

The list of participants will be finalised two weeks before event date.
