On hot summer days, the last thing you want to do is sweat over a stove just to make some lunch.  You want something that’s delicious and nutritious, but — more importantly — you want something that’s easy to make.

When:  Tuesday, July 9th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Dori’s home in Brühl (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)

What:  We will be making the following seasonal recipes by one of Germany’s Michelin-star chefs, Alfons Schuhbeck from Bavaria.  Top of our menu is “Couscous Salad with Cucumber and Bell Peppers”.   Main course comes in the form of “Seezungenröllchen” (mini sole rolls) paired with white asparagus, leek and potatoes.   July is peak season for German strawberries, so that’s what we will have for dessert — “Elderflower Yogurt Cream with Strawberries”.

There is space for 8 participants.  Registration opens early June. The list of participants will be finalised two weeks before event date.
