Spring 2023 starts on March 20th in the Northern hemisphere. The days are getting longer and by this time of the year, most of us are craving warmer weather. This means leaning on cozy meals that are warming but also come with pops of bright, fresh flavour that hint at spring.
When: Wednesday, March 29th 2023, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Maria Luz’s home in Weinheim (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)
What: This is the time of year when simplicity reins supreme. We will work with a plethora of colourful fresh produce that will ease us out of heavy meals of winter into lighter dishes that capture the flavor of spring. Stay tuned for details!
