Back by popular demand – Food Explorers will have another Ottolenghi “Cook-and-Lunch” session!
Yotam Ottolenghi is a chef, food writer and best-selling cookbook author associated with vibrant Middle Eastern cuisine and veg-championing dishes.
Ottolenghi likes to describe his food as dramatic, with ‘noisy’ flavours like lemon, pomegranate, garlic and chilli, creating exciting and delicious combinations. He draw on anything from the Mediterranean and east, all the places that have a lot of sun and use spices extensively.
When: Tuesday, April 25th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Sarah’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)
What: Sarah will select a few recipes for us to cook together – the day’s menu will be shared when the session opens for registration. Get ready for a meal with bold flavors, and lots of herbs and spices!
