“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”, or use them to give your savoury and sweet dishes a citrusy burst!
When: Tuesday, September 19th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Berna’s working kitchen in Neustadt an der Weinstraße (address will be provided to those attending)
What: Berna has compiled a vegetable-forward Mediterranean-inspired menu comprising several shareable sides and small plates – all prepared with some element of lemon within. We can look forward to vine leaves with rice, a feta cheese meze, a burrata salad, an onion salad, and San Sebastian Cheesecake for dessert.
There is space for 10 participants. Contact me from August 19th onwards to register. The list of participants will be finalised September 5th.
