Halo!
Indonesia is a melting pot of different flavors. It is the largest archipelago country in the world with 17,508 islands, and home to over 300 ethnic groups. With its enormous geographic and cultural diversity across the archipelagos, it is evident that Indonesian cuisine is rich in variety and taste.
When: Friday, October 13th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Tracey’s home in Hirschberg an der Bergstraße (address will be provided to those attending)
What: It would take a lifetime to fully explore Indonesian cuisine. In this session, we start with two of Indonesia’s signature dishes – “Gado Gado” and “Soto Ayam”. “Gado Gado” is an Indonesian salad of cooked and raw vegetables drizzled with a creamy, sweet, sour and spicy peanut dressing, and topped with shrimp crackers. “Soto Ayam” is chicken noodle soup – Indonesian style.
There is space for 8 participants. Contact me from September 13th onwards to register. The list of participants will be finalised September 29th.
Terima kasih!
