There is more to Belgian cuisine than just chocolates, waffles, fries and beer – this country has more three-star restaurants per capita than anywhere in Europe!  Its geographical location also means that food is pretty varied with French and German influences blending together.

When:  Thursday, November 16th, starting at 9.30am till 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Sarah’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  With winter around the corner, the theme is comfort foods.  We will be making “Moules” as an appetiser followed by “Hutsepot”.   “Moules” is mussels (to be cooked in wine) and “Hutsepot” is a typical Flemish stew made with various winter vegetables and topped with a pork sausage.

There is space for 7 participants.  Contact me from October 16th onwards to register.  The list of participants will be finalised November 2nd.

Dank je wel!
