Mediterranean cuisine includes some of the world’s most versatile dishes, thanks to its influence from diverse cultures and regions.
When: Friday, December 8th, starting at 9.30am till 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Diana’s home in Plankstadt (address will be provided to those attending)
What: Since much of the Mediterranean area is surrounded by water, fish is a main source of protein. For our main course, we will have freshly-steamed fish with vegetables. We will start our meal with some Sicilian eggplant caponata and a farro salad, and wrap up with a fresh fruit and mango smoothie bowl.
There is space for 10 participants. Contact me from November 8th onwards to register. The list of participants will be finalised November 22nd.
