Healthy eating is easier in summer when there is plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on offer. In this session, we will be checking out a few light and easy dishes which are packed with good-for-you ingredients and tons of flavor, and you won’t be spending that much time in the kitchen preparing them either!
When: Wednesday, July 11th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Peggy’s home in Dossenheim (address will be provided to those attending)
What: We start our meal with a spinach-fruit salad, followed by grilled salmon accompanied by green asparagus and roasted potatoes. Lunch ends on a sweet note with some peach crostata with vanilla ice-cream.
There will be space for 8 of us.
