Hello Everyone!

In Belgium, “aperitief“ plays an important role at parties and on festive occasions.  Along with welcome drinks, little portions of foods are served to whet the appetite, both visually and by taste.  These little bites do their job so well, that very often people are almost full when the time comes for the main meal!

When:  Thursday, January 26th, starting 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Clara’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  Clara will be sharing some of her go-to appetizers and party snack recipes.  There will be 2 types of dips (one with aubergine, another salmon – non-halal), 2 types of puff pastry snacks (one with goat cheese & pesto, the other with salmon), and 2 appetizers – one with avocado and another with mussels. 

There is space for 6 participants.
