There are many one-pot seafood boil dishes and shrimp boil recipes in the world, and “Low Country Boil” is a famous version from the American south.  Recipes will vary from cook to cook and restaurant to restaurant, but primarily from what is available to toss into the pot.  Regardless of how it’s made, most will agree the best way to eat a seafood boil is elbow-to-elbow with family and good friends!

When:  Saturday, June 15th, starting at 18.00 till about 22.30 thereabouts

Where:  Danielle and Matt’s home in Neustadt an der Weinstraße (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  Danielle and Matt share their version of “Low Country Boil” with a combination of seafood, sausage, corn and potatoes served family style.  Matt will also share some tips on making hot sauce as well!

There is space for 10 participants.  Contact me from May 15th onwards to register, and let me know if you have any special dietary requests so that we may adjust the menu accordingly.  The list of participants will be finalised June 1st.
