The arrival of spring (or printemps in French) is a breath of fresh air, a chance to cast off the bitter cold of winter and embrace sunny days, warm winds, and blooming flowers.

After hibernating in the confines of your home during the cold winter months and indulging in all kinds of comforting and filling dishes, it’s time to feast on this season’s colourful and fresh offerings.

When:  Tuesday, April 2nd, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Peggy’s home in Dossenheim (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  In reminiscence of her years in Paris, Peggy would like to prepare her favourite menu served in her favourite restaurant “Le Midi” where she used to dine regularly.  We can look forward to a culinary journey through France comprising lots of fruits and vegetables!

To start, we will enjoy a colourful salad of avocado, mozzarella and mango topped with skewered chicken.  Our main course is made up of potato dumplings with a ham-ricotta filling that practically melts on your tongue.  We round up our “menu de printemps” with the rustic baked treat Clafoutis, which can also be devoured for breakfast!

There is space for 8 participants.  Online registration opens early March.
