While traditional comfort foods and smoked or cured pork, game or beef will always be present in German cuisine, they are no longer representative of the country’s contemporary culinary scene.  Join us as we get together again to interpret classic German dishes in new, creative ways!

When:  Tuesday, November 19th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Dori’s home in Brühl (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)

What:  Our meal begins with a seasonal salad of “Lamb’s Lettuce with Pears and Caramelised Nuts”.  As main course, Dori shares with us a dish served every Christmas Eve in her family – “Pork Filet with Pesto in Puff Pastry, with Creamed Spinach and Roasted Cocktail Tomatoes.  For dessert, we will be making “Almond Cream with Vanilla Apples”.

There is space for 8 participants.  Registration opens mid-October. The list of participants will be finalised two weeks before event date.
