Incorporating more vegetarian meals into your weekly routine is a great way to boost your health. These days, more and more health-conscious consumers are recognizing the delicious and satisfying possibilities vegetables have to offer. Especially when fresh, in season and carefully prepared. Plus, going meatless has environmental benefits.
Whether you’re already vegetarian or trying to cut down on meat, join us for a session of mouthwatering vegetarian dishes!
When: Tuesday, January 21st, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Birgit’s home in Bad Dürkheim (address will be provided to those attending one week before the event begins)
What: Birgit lived for many years in Brazil, so our meal will have some Brasilian flavours. Lunch begins with a “Moqueca” made with palm hearts and plantains. Up next will be a “Paella” made with lots of different vegetables, mushrooms and algae. For dessert, we can look forward to “Galanteios“, a Brasilian spice cake, served with poached pears and ice cream.
There is space for 8 participants. Registration opens end December. The list of participants will be finalised two weeks before event date.
