Ciao a tutti!

Italian food is a cuisine much-loved all over the world.   It combines the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet with a wide choice of seasonal ingredients.  There are many regional variations of cooking throughout Italy – coupled with immigration and the global produce trade, Italian cuisine is now more diverse than ever, and no less authentic!

When: Wednesday, July 5th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where: Camilla’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  Pass on the pasta – Camilla will show us how to make some potato gnocchi.  For our main course, it’s “Involtini di vitello con parmigiano, prosciutto e salvia” (veal rolls with parmesan, prosciutto and sage) with some stuffed courgettes on the side.

There is space for 7 participants.
