We taste many dishes on our travels around the world, and when we fall in love with a dish, we adopt it and incorporate it into our repertoire.

When:  Wednesday, May 9th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Dori’s home in Brühl (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  Dori will take us on a journey around the world starting in Australia with “Pumpkin Soup with Mango and Ginger”.  Then we move on to “Salmon with Couscous and Vegetables”, a dish she encountered in a Moroccan restaurant in Shanghai.  Our meal ends with “Brownies with Ice-cream”, a dessert she picked up in the US.

There is space for 6 participants, online registration opens early April.
