Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese multi-course dining experience that emphasises seasonal ingredients, presentation, and harmony.  Originating from the tea ceremony, Kaiseki has evolved into a culinary art that showcases the chef’s skill and creativity.  Each course is meticulously prepared to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients while maintaining balance in taste, texture, and colour.

When:  Saturday, January 18th starting at 18.00 till about 22.30 thereabouts

Where:  Dragana and Stefan’s home in Ladenburg (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  Together we will attempt to construct a simple Kaiseki menu, being mindful to appreciate the natural beauty and flavor of seasonal ingredients, creating harmony among different dishes, and presenting food in an artful way.

There is space for 8 participants.  Contact me  from December18th onwards to register.  Let me know as well if you have any special dietary requests so that we may adjust the menu accordingly.  The list of participants will be finalised two weeks before the event.
