In the 1980s, the Danish dairy company Arla Foods started printing cookbook compilations of recipes using dairy products and distributed them for free.  This was an effective way to promote their range of products, and today, these recipes are also available online.

When:  Tuesday, April 25th, starting at 09.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Inge’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  One of Arla Foods’ popular recipes is for “Greek Meatloaf” (contains pork), Inge’s go-to recipe during her younger years in Denmark, for when guests visited.  She will share this with us, along with “Drommekage far Brovst” – the divine Danish Dream Cake from the region of Brovst in Denmark.

There is space for 8 participants.
