Hello Everyone!
Danish food culture has come a long way from its roots in rustic country kitchen consisting comfort foods to keep the Danes warm during long winters. Globalization introduced new ingredients from all around the world, but Danish cooking remains all about cosiness and socializing.
When: Wednesday, October 18th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Inge’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)
What: Traditionally, Danish folk eat a lot of meat – notably pork, but also beef. Inge shares with us the popular “Paprikagryde”, a dish made with pork, bacon, sausages and chorizo. To complete our “hygge” experience, we will be making “Citronfromage” for dessert.
There are 7 spots available in this session.
Cheers!
