Dumplings come in all shapes and sizes – from Italy to China and everywhere in between, nearly every culture has one. Come join us to make the northern Chinese version!
When: Thursday, October 6th, starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts
Where: Julie’s home in Heidelberg (address will be provided to those attending)
What: Julie will show us how to wrap Chinese dumplings with two kinds of fillings: (1) pork and cabbage, and (2) vegetarian with shiitake mushrooms, vermicelli, tofu, eggs and chives. We will also be making “Zha Jiang Mian”, a savory noodle dish with a rich pork and bean sauce.
This session is full, but you can get on the waiting list by submitting the booking form.
