I’m proud to present Food Explorers’ first “Cookbook Club” session, and the cookbook with the most votes is “The Complete Thai Cookbook” by Srisamorn Kongpun.

When:  Thursday, November 10th starting at 9.30am till about 1.00pm thereabouts

Where:  Faeimm’s home in Nußloch (address will be provided to those attending)

What:  This cookbook features a wide selection of dishes from the 4 culinary regions of Thailand – the north, the northeast, the south, and the central plains.  What do you think of “Tom Yam Goong” for appetizer?  Let us know what other Thai dishes you have been wanting to make!

    What about papaya salad? Mango white sticky reis for dessert? If you need some tools or ingredients for this session let me know I used to cook Thai at home.
