Puff pastry pizzas have a nice light texture, and they are easy to make with really impressive results. This recipe uses ready-rolled puff pastry so all the hard work is already done for you!

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- Green pesto
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 115g goat cheese
- Basil leaves, for garnish
- Pre-heat the oven at 220°C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 20 rounds with a cross-section of around 5cm.
- Cover the pastry rounds with pesto, leaving the borders free. Place slices cherry tomato on top. Crumble the goat cheese over the pastry rounds, season to taste.
- Bake around 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven until golden and crispy. Serve warm, garnished with basil leaves.
